Tallest building in Malta, 35 floors. Mercury tower has been awaited for years. Its a new concept in Malta, designed by late Architect Zaha Hadid. Building is in its last few weeks of the making. A one of a kind experience in Malta. Live what it takes to complete such a large project by seeing / experiencing the last touches to making amenities like pools, roof top restaurants, infinity pool below apartment and Melia hotel that will open at end of May 2024. Common parts are still in the Development stage, BUT complete apartment, shops, reception, elevators, cafes and restaurants in piazza are fully functional. !!!!Hugely discounted prices!!!!! for this kind of luxury innovative property are due to the "unfinished" state feeling complex is in. Unveiling the beating heart of St Julian's/Paceville. From shopping to dining, cafes, views of Valetta/Sliema and south of Malta, live life with a twist :)
Lively neighbourhood Paceville, with lots of bars, gentleman's clubs, restaurants, nightclubs and a number of walking distance (few meters) beaches, sand and rocky that also offer water sports. Lots of places to walk along the sea coast in St Julians or Sliema or experience some Maltese typical country side walks in Pembroke along a wild coast. Have a number of 24/7 open convenience stores at walking distances and a number of large supermarkets that will allow guests to create any dish they dream for in the fully functional kitchen and consume in the incredible view available from indoors outdoors even from bed :) 2 near by laundry places are also available
