It was exceptional in every sense, but the things that stood out most to me were the lovely paintings and the hospitality. The host gave me a great overview of the key amenities around and all the information one would need to have a good time in Lima. He texted me a list of good restaurants/bars/cafes/museums, maps of the key areas to visit (centre, Miraflores and Barranco) and was checking in regularly to make sure everything is OK. He even gave me an excellent recommendation for a dentist when I had a dental emergency I needed to sort out quickly. Altogether excellent.
