Nice location in Miraflores with a few good restaurants nearby. Relatively quiet street and the room had decent soundproofed windows. Frank was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. Made us coffee at 5am because we had an early check out. We arrived very early in the morning with a flight and the room was ready for us, long before the official check in. That was great.

The room I had was perfectly cozy for 1 person as it was intended to be. Private wifi, TV with cable, sufficient power outlets available, hot shower. It was all neat and clean too. You also get access to the main/common room where you have a dining and living area with complimentary coffee and tea, hot and cold water dispenser. The hosts were very accommodating too and always available on WhatsApp for any questions. They even send you a list of places of interests and must try food in Miraflores. Not to mention the TOP location of this property. All was just lovely. Perfect first stop for a Peru trip.

Finding the place might have been a bit difficult but the staff kindly contacted me beforehand to provide instructions and photos of the entrance. They also allowed me to leave my luggage on the property after my check-out as my flight out was much later that same evening.
