1) Great staff, they went out of their way to help when we had some missing medication. They even had emergency medication with them. 2) Great facilities, there's a small gym room, Pool, nice landscaping and a pleasant ambience. 3) location was ideal for me, it was not too far away from Munnar and was located such that everything can be covered in a short duration. 4) the view from the room, the beds, towels and everything was great!

The location is beautiful amongst a Cardamom plantations and surrounded by tea estates. Super staff : kind, efficient and helpful. The meals at the barn were very tasty. The in-house activities with a naturalist were enjoyable. Not to mention the high tea in the afternoon.

I chose Munnar only upon chancing the Treehouse at the property. And it truly did not disappoint. This property is perfect if you just want to get away and be amongst nature. Didn’t manage to do much coz of the weather apart from the wonderful hike to the river. But there’s nothing to complain since the property is a perfect reason to do nothing and idle the time away. All the staff were amazing and attentive. You won’t feel as a guest, rather treated as part of their family. Food here is like a typical home cooked food and by far the best I’ve had throughout my time in India. Thank you Ambily and the team at the Mudhouse for the generous hospitality. Highly recommended!

The staff are not just friendly, they are exceptional in every sense of the word. Their genuine care and eagerness to assist made me feel truly valued throughout my stay. The food at the hotel's restaurant and room service was simply delightful. Every dish was a culinary masterpiece, and I found myself eagerly anticipating each meal. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall dining experience, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. As for the accommodations, my room was nothing short of perfection. Impeccably clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, it provided the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. And imagine my surprise and delight when I was graciously upgraded to a luxurious pool villa! It was a gesture that truly made my stay extra special. The interior decor throughout the hotel is simply stunning. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending elegance with comfort seamlessly. It's evident that attention to detail is a top priority at the resort and it certainly hasn't gone unnoticed. Lastly, I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to my dear friend Nishanth Nair for upgrade to the pool villa. Your thoughtfulness added an extra layer of joy to my already wonderful stay.
