Family run, the staff were very friendly, helpful and provided good advice on the resort. The en-suite room was well appointed, immaculately clean and spacious. The high standard breakfast provided was both very generous and varied. The ski room in the basement of the hotel is only 100 meters from the nearest ski lift meant access to the slopes could not be better.

The family running this hotel is extraordinary helpful and nice. You truly feel at home with fresh baked cakes and a pleasant conversation. The proximity to the slopes is also a massive advantage - you go through the back door and down to the lift which is about 30m from the back door We had a few issues with the ski pass and skis, they helped us out every time. Even took their time to walk with us to tourism information to sort out our ski pass confusion as tourism information staff were not very fluent in English. Cannot recommend the place enough

Offering a hot tub and sun terrace, Serendipity Hotel offers accommodation with free WiFi in Sauze d’Oulx. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and breakfast served daily. Service, hospitality and breakfast were great! They even accommodated lactose free options in breakfast and dinner. The family is super friendly and ready to help whenever you need their support. All together it was really great place. We will find an opportunity to back to this welcoming place.

It was an amazing experience. We did not realize that we could not go up with the car (you need 4x4 SUV/Jeep). we got picked up by the owner. Enjoyed the amazing views the way up. Once at the refuge you have a great view from the restaurant over Sestriere. The room was fabulous. The food great. Local products. So happy we got to this nice place and meet nice people.
