Out of the tourist trap major towns and just delightful. Think beautiful lemon gardens, exceptional views and local hospitality. Local seafood dishes at the restaurant were some of the best meals we had during our month in Italy! Pino the hotel owner helped us park our car, opened breakfast early for us on a day we were travelling early, even shouted us some euro for bus fare when we were out of cash. So many great bits of local advice given and heeded. For anyone worried about staying in Furore being too far from the key Amalfi coast sites - the distances are much smaller than you realise. There is an abundance of buses and private shuttles which Pino is happy to arrange for you. Only 1.5 euro fare to Amalfi and 15-20 minute bus trip. Cannot be beaten for location and experience.

Hvis du skal på ferie til Amalfikysten ville jeg valgt rolige, vakre Minori og denne perlen av et hotell!! Å sitte på din lille veranda med et glass vin å se utover byen, sovne til bølgene og spise fantastisk god frokost i det nydelige frokostrommet er en opplevelse!! Hotellet er nydelig dekorert, og personalet er så hyggelige!

Fantastisk utsikt utover Amalfikysten. (Vi fikk ett rom / leilighet nedenfor selv hotelbygget), med egen parkeringsplass og terrasse. I tillegg var det en felles terrasse. Frokosten var fantastisk. Spiste middag på hotellet om kvelden og ble positivt overrasket. Personalet og kelnere var veldig hyggelige og profesjonelle 🙂

I spent weeks choosing the hotel to celebrate my husband’s birthday and the expectations were high, and this hotel managed to exceed it. The location, the way it is built on the rock, the view from pretty much any part of it, the private beach - all is just a masterpiece. It is not very modern indeed, but for us it was part of the experience, you feel like you are in some kind of movie from the 80s. The location between Amalfi and Positano is very convenient - you have full privacy and it is very quite and at the same time you are just 20 min drive away from all the attractions. The breakfast was good. Free parking is a great advantage compared to many other hotels around. We will definitely come back again, we fell in love with the place.

Everything was perfect!! The best location. Few minutes shuttle boat you then escape from the crowded and busy town to this hidden paradise. Most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. The buildings and facilities fit in the environment so well. Lovely staff. Great food. There's no a single second that i don't miss this place.

Cetara and Cetus hotel are gems. I stayed in several hotels in the Amalfi Coast but this one was my favorite. Room has an incredible view, the private beach is calm and discrete which is amazing for relaxing day at the beach, the breakfast, lunch and service from waiters were all excellent. The city is small but very charming, with very nice people and seafood restaurants. I am very happy I stoped by there and I can only recommend Cetara and Hotel Cetus.
