Could not fault it at all! All of the staff were so kind and helpful, as a solo traveller new to Berlin they were very helpful in suggesting places to shop and eat! and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning! Will definitely go back :) oh and the breakfast was amazing!

Offering free fitness facilities, free refreshments 24 hours a day and free WiFi, this hotel is located in Berlin’s popular Hackescher Markt area. Alexanderplatz is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel was really nice. It was clean, had all the facilities and took our trip to the next level. Our room was very spacious. We loved the design of the shower and the blinds allowed us to have an uninterrupted sleep. Also, the free snack bar on the 7th floor of the hotel was very good. Sandwiches, soft drinks, fruits, coffee, tea, croissants, banana bread etc. were free of charge. Of course the view was also very nice. It was also nice to have free umbrellas available in the lobby.

This hotel was located about a minute drive from a highway exit, so we did not lose any time that we would have lost if for example we stayed in Berlin and had to enter the city. Apart from that the facilities are super nice and modern. The stuff was very polite and helpful + we got free parking.

Lokacija je najveći adut!! Glavni kolodvor je 2 minute pješke od hotela i 15 minuta pješke od Brandenburg Tora. Soba je bila potpuno čista. Svaki gost ima svoju policu, vješalicu ili dvije, i ladicu koju je moguće zaključati (premda je potrebno imati vlastiti lokot) Prozori odlično izoliraju gradsku buku!

The staff were so excellent, every person I interacted with was kind, considerate, and helpful. Great team I also appreciated the restaurant keeping some tables for hotel guests so that I could take and treat my local friends to a restaurant they have been unable to get into otherwise. The location was amazing with the lake near by and my kids enjoyed it! It’s really quiet place for relaxing and rooms are spacious. I really appreciate that the host has been in contact with me all the time and provides all towels and bed sheets in the room before we arrived and really good communication! I want to tank to the receptionist because they speak really good English and they we’re really helpful! We will definitely comeback again soon. Danke
