House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay, guests are required to conduct themselves in a responsible manner within the Hostel and must not act in any way that disturbs other guests. Failure to do so could result in the termination of a guest’s stay without refund.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please be mindful of other guests sleeping during this time and keep noise to an absolute minimum.

There is no smoking, vaping, or use of illegal drugs permitted anywhere on the property.

Drinking alcohol is restricted to the lobby, kitchen, patio and private rooms up until 10pm. There is no drinking or food permitted in the shared dormitories whatsoever.

The Dancing Bear Inn retains the right to refuse accommodation to anyone at any time. If a guest or staff member feels unsafe due to the conduct of another guest then the staff have the right to refuse service and are encouraged to call the police.

The Dancing Bear Inn is intended for travelers. Guest stays are limited to 14 days. We are unable to accommodate local guests - 50km radium. Anyone under the age of 18 is required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guests under 13 year old, may only stay in private rooms (not in our dormitories). Dormitories are one bed per guest.

Payment & Arrival

The Dancing Bear Inn may pre-authorize your credit card before arrival. Payment is due upon check-in. We accept credit cards and debit cards, cash payments may not be accepted. A valid passport or government issued photo ID and a valid credit card is required for check-in. Credit cards must match the name on the reservation.

Check-in/out

Check-in is from 4pm-8pm daily. Please contact the Hostel if you will be arriving later than 8pm. Any outstanding payment must be made upon arrival. If you do not arrive by 8pm and we have not heard from you, we will consider you a no-show.

Deposits & Fees

A $15 fee will be charged for unreturned room keys.

Check-out is strictly 10am. A late fee of $25 will be charged for those who do not check out by that time.

If you are locked out of your room and require staff assistance to obtain access outside of regular hours, a call-out fee of $25 will apply.

We have a minimum $100 cleaning fee for spills, vomit, etc.

In the event of any damage to the property or items within it, you authorize the Dancing Bear Inn to charge your credit card for the full cost of repair or replacement.

Cancellations

A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged to any reservations cancelled less than 24 hours (4pm) prior to check-in. For group bookings of 8 or more persons, a 50% deposit is required and a cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged to reservations cancelled less than 14/30 days prior to check-in. Cancellation period is dependent on how large the group is.

Kinakailangang magpakita ang mga bisita ng photo identification at credit card sa pag-check in. Mangyaring tandaan na lahat ng Special Request ay batay sa availability at maaaring may karagdagang bayad.
