Granville Hall Residence is located in downtown Halifax. It is a student residence which rents rooms to the public when the students are away. Halifax Seaport Farmers' Market is 1 km away. It’s very clean and quite luxurious for student dorms. It’s right in the city center so you can walk to all the sights. It’s in a good and safe area. I can 100% recommend it to anyone traveling, especially for solo travelers.

University of King's College offers comfortable dormitory-style accommodations in Halifax. Rooms are located in Alexandra Hall and Chapel Bay residences. Most rooms have shared bathroom facilities. very comfortable & quiet. Good access with bus system

Dalhousie University is located in the city centre of Halifax. The simply furnished accommodation features free WiFi access throughout. Each room at Dalhousie University offers a desk and wardrobe. The staff at front desk were amazing. Always ready to assist you. They were available 24hrs, that was very usefull as our door closed in the middle of the night and they were there to gave us a master key. Also they have a daily whiteboard with the wheather and some Halifax festivals and activities inviting to draw...my daughter loved it. Also the stafg at the dinning room were increible, the food options and price of the buffet were great and they had many gluten free options and dairy free optios as well. Cleaning were perfect at the rooms, washrooms, and the entire building. The location is very accesible walkeable to water front and other places as Emera Oval Park, Citadel, Museums, spring garden road, etc. We really want to thank you all for make our stay memorable and super confortable.

Located on the Mount Saint Vincent University campus, this property provides free Wi-Fi and a full kitchen, which includes a microwave, fridge, toaster, kitchenware and stove in the 4-bedroom... Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Make sure to bring a fan there is no air.

Offering a restaurant and a fitness centre, Dalhousie University Agricultural Campus Conference Services and Summer Accommodations is located in Truro. Cool historical buildings, beautiful grounds. Free laundry was a bonus! The dining hall provided good affordable food.
