Fantastic Lake view from our balcony. Pleasant secluded (in June) swimming pool. Amazing choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Staff always smiling and helpful. Short walk down a quiet street to the Ferry Boat stop for the islands and other lake towns. Very convenient.

Very happy to be back at Residence delle Rose, breath-taking views across prime vineyards from the swimming pool and a stone's throw from Barolo, Castiglione Falletto etc. Very friendly owners, also good for families as you can be self sufficient with access to your own kitchen facilities. We will definitely be coming back!

The welcome & care during our stay from this loving family, made our holiday perfect. The room was spacious, fresh and clean. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade cake for dessert. On hot days, we could cool off in the new swimming pool.

Large, well-appointed room close to all tourist attractions and shopping. Room features a coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea. Paid mini bar and snacks also available. Soundproof windows cut most noise from busy piazza below. (Though if you're staying on a weekend, you will hear buskers/entertainment below until midnight.) Effective air-con system.

I discovered Tenuta Moncarlino just by chance, when I was looking for an overnight stay close to Acqui Terme. The place is amazing and Paolo, the host, welcomed me as if I were home. The garden, the design details in the property and the amazing breakfast made my stay memorable, and Paolo suggested me nice places to visit around the area. I will plan in the near future for a longer stay benefiting from the fantastic swimming pool and the gym as well.

The room was clean and tidy, the balcony is enough for a table and 3 persons. Beautiful view on the lake. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are clean, accessible for free. The breakfast was delicious, can even find vegan choices! The stuff is polite and friendly. Possibly to charge your EV!

Our stay at Villa Anna was a highlight of our 4 week family holiday - beautiful home, generous & attentive host, excellent facilities (Like a boutique hotel) and our boys LOVED the swimming pool. The reception of the host, Luca, was incredible. Very attentive to our minimal wishes. The house was clean, well located. We loved to have the swimming pool at the end of a hot day. The house was supplied with good wines, we could buy during our stay. We could even use the ripped tomates from the garden. There is 4 confortable rooms and 2 complete bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. And the space to park 2 cars. A confortable house for a family vacation.

The region is amazingly beautiful, so for any accommodation focusing on being outside it is an automatic win. Location is great for tour in the superb hills all around The concept and the "structure" of the hotel/holiday village is nice, even though outdated and aged not that well. Swimming pools small but great, the second one shaped as a half circle is great for kids. Rooms and bathrooms are big. Staff was welcoming enough, staff at dinner and breakfast were especially very kind.
