Very clean, very well located right next to Vatican and walking distance to everywhere! The place was modern and fresh! Very easy to communicate with the owner, and instructions were clear and simple. A lot of great places to eat around. We loved this place and would strongly recommend you stay here!!!

Todella hyvällä sijainnilla, erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä paikka. Isäntä Jeric oli todella mukava ja auttavainen ja piti huoneet todella siisteinä. Lähellä myös monta ruokapaikkaa ja kävelymatkan päässä esimerkiksi Vatikaani.

I had a wonderful experience with my booking. The room was immaculately clean. The location of the accommodation was also fantastic, conveniently situated near popular attractions and public transportation. The host went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. They were readily available to assist with any inquiries or requests I had throughout my stay. Their hospitality was truly exceptional. One of the highlights of my stay was the delightful breakfast provided by the host. Each morning, a delicious and hearty breakfast was delivered to my room with a smile. It was evident that a lot of thought and effort went into preparing and presenting the breakfast, and it made for a perfect start to my day. I highly recommend this booking to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming accommodation. Perfect! everything was clean, good location (no noise outside and near to most places). Mei Ann, the lady who was in charge of the Guest House, was so nice to us, she guide us to the metro tickets, and was so lovely during our stay. The breakfast was mainly sweet, you have options to choose, and can switch it to try different flavors each morning. At first we thought is was too little, but every morning we ended up full. For bigger stomachs you can complement it with a panino in different caffès near the guest house.

very helpful staff, very clean, amazing location, comfortable mattresses, nespresso coffee machine for morning espressos, reasonable walk from Roma termini to hotel, direct taxi pick up outside the entrance of the hotel to airport and travel time was 30 min (set and reasonably priced) lots of restaurants within walking distance (we asked for recommendations and were very happy with our meal)

Via Veneto Prestige Rooms is well located for visiting Rome (we were able to walk almost everywhere) and on a quiet street, so it wasn't noisy, except for the emptying of the bins early in the morning. The beds were comfortable, with a modern décor and everything was clean. Debora, on reception, was very welcoming and friendly and gave us several recommendations about restaurants and sightseeing.
