The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town (however there was no noise in the room). It was great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Hi The hospitality of the hotel i liked the best specially Vitoria.We got stuck outside of the hotel late night due to some technical problem Vitoria came all the way from her bus stop and helped us to enter the hotel.Thanks Vitoria for coming all tyhe way back.also Nuria who suggested us the veg meals and Peniscola where we had great time..Thanks to both you..Cheers

I think this was one of the best B&B places I have ever stayed in. I used to live in Valencia, so I knew my way around but the location is great - within walking distance to the city centre or metro station from where you can easily go to the beach/airport etc. One thing that impressed me before I even arrived was Adrian's initial email - he asked about breakfast and whether I am vegan; have any allergies, etc. I eat everything but my mom has several food allergies and I know how difficult it can be to get her breakfast organised in a hotel. I have not seen this before and ..Well done to think of this before our stay!! The breakfast is delicious, you can find everything there. I have already recommended this place to many of my friends and I will definitely return!

Möttes av vår fantastiska värd som inspirerande berättade om hur vi kunde få ut mest av våra 24 timmar i Valencia. Enkelt boende på alla sätt, enkelt att hitta, kommunicera och ta sig in och ut. Skön säng och fin utsikt över utgrävning i gamla stan. Nära till alla sevärdheter i historiska centrum, nära den vackra saluhallen och lika nära att ta sig ner till den otroliga promenaden i flodfållan, där det fanns både lekplatser, promenadstråk, solrosfält, tennisbanor, små sjöar under broarna. Kommer absolut åka tillbaka till detta familjära boende i denna välkomnande stad!

The staff was very polite and welcoming all the time. They accommodated all our requests and helped us with a very early checkin. The location is great. Within 5-10 minutes, you are everywhere in the center, museums, cathedral, churches, bars and restaurants. It is very quiet. The street doesn't any have bars or restaurants and limited car access, so at night you couldn't hear anything All was spotless clean and well thought, and the beds were quite comfortable with a choice of different pillows. It's really great value for money (especially considerig the prices around)
