It's a cute little place on the 2nd floor of a residential building. Our room was cute and clean and fairly sized, breakfast was good, location is great. They even made us a small take-away breakfast when we notified that we'll have to check out early for our flight.

Great location. Everything is 5 mins walk away - - Franca train station , just across the road. Arrive easy - Parc de la ciudadela - 2 min walk - Barcelona Zoo - 2 min walk - El Born District - 2 mins walk - Arc de triomf - 5-10 mins walk - Beach - 5-10 mins walk - Placa Catalunya - 8 mins by bus - Gothic Quarters - 5 mins - Las Ramblas - 8 mins by bus - Picasso Museum Room was very clean and cute, bathroom was clean and comfortable. kitchen is well stocked. It was overall a comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed the property, I was especially impressed when I was feeling ill from travelling how accommodating the staff were. In addition I may have had a flight delay and I was given comfort to come back to the hotel and figure out my next steps in the worst case. As a girl travelling alone, it meant I was safe. Amazing property! Facilities are outstanding. Extremely well kept and clean! Additional in room complimentary fridge and communal coffee machine with cakes, fruit and musician was exceptional. Location is perfect - I had room 1 with a direct view of the Arc de Triomf.

The location is very good, 5mins walk to the metro station. Very safe community. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Location was great. Very central but also very quite and peaceful. There is a 24h open market just next door, very good places nearby to drink or to eat. The room is cleaned ever day and the staff did really a great job, always perfectly clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower had a good water pressure and hot water was accessable all the time. There was an elevator, which is a rare case for this area. Bruno was very helpful, polite and reachable all the time. Thank you again.

Great communal type accomodations in a super convenient location. Great kitchy vibe in the place. You are within walking distance to just about everything. Communal kitchen that is well stocked with more then just the basics. Both indoor & outdoor lounge areas. The rooms are roomy enough with good storage for your belongings. The beds were comfortable. Andrea & Katya could not have been more friendly & super informative of the area & local hot spots. Great energy in those 2!
