Ubicato in posizione centrale nella prestigiosa Avenida da Liberdade di Lisbona, il BessaHotel Liberdade vi aspetta a pochi minuti da Piazza Restauradores. The room is spacious and hotel is located centrally - almost near the tourist area/restaurants/metro/trains, Though central, we didn't hear any noise coming from the streets. The hotel staff are friendly and even were welcomed with free bottled water and pasteis de nata :) Lastly, our beds and room were made and cleaned everyday. Overall, our stay has been an enjoyable one! P.S. we ordered an aromatic massage for an hour at the hotel and it was well worth it! the massage room was just 10 steps away from our room which enabled us to leave our children with peace of mind :)

From the second I arrived at the hotel, until I left, everything was absolutely perfect. The beautiful fragrance of the hotel was the first thing that I noticed. The friendly and helpful staff at the door and reception were extremely welcoming. The room was a good size, with a separate seating area, with a comfortable sofa. There was a dressing table with large mirror. Complementary water, coffee and tea. The bed was really comfortable. There was a turn down service each evening. The room has a balcony running along the whole length. The bathroom offers a bathtub and a separate shower and is spacious and modern. Breakfast is plentiful, offering cereals, bread, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit, cooked breakfast, fresh juices etc. The restaurant is clean and modern and all staff offer a high level of service. The location is ideal. It's situated in a side road off the main avenue, so it's quieter, but still within walking distance to all of the local sights. There's public transport nearby too, if walking isn't your thing. The spa treatments were very relaxing. Again, the staff were amazing. There's an indoor pool in the spa area plus a jacuzzi on the roof terrace.

The breakfast was a feast. Excellent! The staff over the top helpful at breakfast, in the bar and front desk. The room was spotless when we arrived and remained so each day. We loved the restoration and history of the hotel. Bar very cozy and the library room decorated beautifully. Also the hotel is situated within walking distance to the main Center and riverfront. We would stay there again.

This 4-star hotel is situated in an 18th century building decorated by the world-famous Miguel Cancio Martins. It offers air-conditioned guestrooms with free Wi-Fi only 7 km from Lisbon Airport. La struttura si trova in ottima posizione centrale. Il servizio fornito dallo staff è molto cordiale ed efficiente. La camera (nr 54) era ad angolo con pavimenti in legno, ben arredata e luminosa. Nel pomeriggio si ha la possibilità di prendere tè, dolci, vino porto a volontà. Lo staff alla reception(in particolare Jonathan, ma non solo) danno ottimi consigli per i ristoranti che si occupa delle prenotazioni.
