Everyone was supportive and empathetic. The room was well decorated and the bed was really comfortable. At night we also had a drink at the bar and the atmosphere was so relaxing!

Located in Madrid, 200 metres from Reina Sofia Museum, Hard Rock Hotel Madrid provides accommodation with a garden, private parking and a terrace. the room was cute, clean and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious! We loved our days in Madrid!

Our bathroom was a bit small but for the price it was more than good! Truly a perfect pick for visiting Madrid for the first times 😎

The rooms were clean and have little refrigerators! The staff is friendly and super helpful- I’m super grateful for their kindness

The Casa de las Artes, member of Meliá Collection is located in Madrid's historic Barrio de las Letras, within 10 minutes' walk of Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Plaza Santa Ana. I extremely nice rooms! Very modern and spacious. the staff is as very accommodating. Close to train station, but don’t walk. It is all uphill!

Clean modern rooms, tasty breakfast, friendly service. Plenty of amazing Indian restaurants around. Highly suggesting it to anybody!
