Great customer service! The quiet and cosy setting of the inside of the hotel. And I love having the big sink. Very good lighting in the room too! And the hotel has the best hair dryer I have ever used on my stays in various hotels.

This boutique hotel is located in Madrid’s La Latina district, an area known for its tapas bars. It offers stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. I really appreciate the help of the reception staff they are so friendly and always willing to help and recommend the place and the best way to reach tourist attractions. The location is so close to the metro station, there is a supermarket nearby and the street of the hotel is so safe even in the night.

The location is great, one minute away from the metro 5 station. Or you can walk to the Plaza Major in 10-15 minutes. The hotel is big, renovated and very clean. The staff are very kind and helpful. We got a great lunch box for our early flight and a taxi reservation. The room is big, new, with a very comfortable bed, and very clean. Breakfast is wonderful, with a lot of variety and everything was very tasteful

A great place to stay in Madrid! The location is perfect - can easily walk everywhere and there are a lots of bus stops and a metro station nearby. There was also a lot of cafes, restaurants, and a grocery nearby. The room was great, too - very clean, spacious, and looked exactly like the photos! The room was on the first floor (so no stairs). It was very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Water pressure and the hot water in the bathroom was also excellent. Shampoo and body wash was also provided. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a meal or reheat leftovers (however, there was no microwave). The wifi was excellent. The host, Omar was also super nice and helpful. He was responsive to our queries and requests. He gave us amazing recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Will definitely come back!

The apartment is very well decorated and has all the comfort a traveler would need. Location is perfect, walking close to any major attraction. Remote access and check in was super easy and convenient, and overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely consider this accommodation for my next trip to Madrid.

The host was incredibly accommodating and met us at the apartment. He was very contactable throughout our stay with any issues we had or questions. We were some of the first to stay at the apartment so we were greeted with chocolates and a bottle which was a lovely touch! The location of the apartment was fantastic and the decor was lovely with fantastic facilities if you were to stay at this apartment self catering. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was very easy to use! We would definitely recommend this apartment to others! Great find!
