Very good location 5-10 min walk to main sites in the Centre, even Atocha is 20 min walk. Room is great with floor heating which is very rare in Spain. Location on quiet road, many bars and restaurants around. Very good value for money in January. Also bed was very comfy on big, quality linen. Good water pressure from the shower.

It’s also located very close to an amazing bakery (San Francisco) and cate (Pastora) at the end of the short street. So glad we found this accommodation. We would highly recommend it. Location made every part of the city easily approachable. Owners organized transfer from the airport for us, welcomed us with wine and food and told us some useful information. The apartment is very well decorated and has all the comfort a traveler would need. Location is perfect, walking close to any major attraction. Remote access and check in was super easy and convenient, and overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely consider this accommodation for my next trip to Madrid.

This apartment is a gem - impeccably clean, equipped with everything, beautifully decorated and has a modern and spacious bathroom. Despite the constant activity, the apartment is quiet and enjoyable.
