The accommodation itself is stunning, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is unreal, just a stone's throw away from central Madrid, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is not only beautiful but also very comfortable, providing a true home away from home experience. Ivan and Alex were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The apartment is located in a good residential area very close to Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. Except the sofa, the apartment was in a good condition. The bus stop is next to the main door and the communication with Alfonso was excellent. There are bars, supermarkets, farmacy nearby. I felt like a real "madrileño" in this flat which made my stay even more authentic and pleasant. I can recommend Alfonso's flat to other guests without hesitation.
