The accommodation itself is stunning, with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is unreal, just a stone's throw away from central Madrid, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is not only beautiful but also very comfortable, providing a true home away from home experience. Ivan and Alex were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated and is located in a very quiet area. The host was very welcoming and helped us with important information throughout the stay.

The apartment is located in a good residential area very close to Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. Except the sofa, the apartment was in a good condition. The bus stop is next to the main door and the communication with Alfonso was excellent. There are bars, supermarkets, farmacy nearby. I felt like a real "madrileño" in this flat which made my stay even more authentic and pleasant. I can recommend Alfonso's flat to other guests without hesitation.

The location is great if you like walking. It's a little noisy at night, but nothing so hard to endure. It was also clean (could be better), but you can clean it yourself without much effort as you arrive there. The kitchen is a great plus, and it works awesome. It also has a supermarket very near, so you'll have the perfect match for your breakfasts.
