So far the best Hotel we have been in North America. Unfortunately for the next day they have been fully booked otherwise we had extended our stay.

Across the street from the Vancouver Art Gallery, this hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Robson Street Shopping District. It offers an indoor saltwater lap pool, a spa and 24-hour room service. This was one of my best experiences in Vancouver; the hotel itself. The staff are very welcoming, especially Mr. Kentin in the front disk. I have been assisted at every stage of my visit starting with my check in, spa access, concierge service .. etc. Highly recommended and worth the value.
