The floor to ceiling windows across the entire room framed perfectly the beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. We arrived very early on a Sunday morning and they had our room ready by 10am which we greatly appreciated. We are back in Vancouver in a few weeks and will definitely stay again.

We were upgraded to a Suite which was very comfortable. We loved the traditional feel of the hotel - classic style and excellent hospitality. All the staff were excellent - either well recruited or well trained or both. They went out of their way to accommodate us at all interactions - from arrival to check in and in the dining areas. The light meals in the downstairs were excellent and the staff there were some of the best we have encountered.

Courtyard room was very quiet and comfortable. Good range of facilities. Great staff - very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast - with good choices. Great location - so easy to walk to downtown, Stanley Park or get the ferry to Granville Island. The Canada Line station for Yaletown is opposite - so really easy to transfer from YVR Airport.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location. smack bang in the middle of town. Restaurants and shops all walking distance. Bikes free to use if require. Wonderful bike tracks all around the city and through parks. Rooms are spacious and the pillows are the best. Was so handy having a kettle and microwave in the rooms. I travel alot and wished i had more than 2 nights in this wonderful hotel as i didn't even get a chance to swim in their indoor pool.
