Det traditionella Hotel Sacher ligger vid Kärntner Straße, mitt emot statsoperan i hjärtat av Wien. Above all expectations!!! Super gentle stuff, amazing people, very helpful, in particular Lucia Mosna, Manuela Djordjevic, Kristina Stanzl, girls from SPA are super nice and professional. After checking out I realised I forgot my Sony headphones, they found them and send them to Italy just in two days. Hope to come back to Sacher hotel soon again and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. not even for it’s incredible beauty but for attentive and kind staff that make you feel like a princess. You are the best. Thank you so much❤️

If there was an opportunity to rate the hotel with a rating higher than 10, Hotel Imperial would definitely get it. Apart from all the standard services that you get in a five-star hotel, which were brought to the highest level in this hotel, due to a sudden health problem that arose during the stay at the hotel, I would like to especially thank Mr. Sebastian Schoener, Andrija Rebac, Dejan and Miroslav - Miro for all assistance and help. All praises to the rest of the staff as well, we will definitely come again.
