Cannero is a beautiful, quiet small town on Lago Maggiore. Although it is small, there are several lovely restaurants and bars. There is also a taxi boat to take you across to Luino or up to Cannobio - both of which are beautiful.mariaemmettSwitzerland - 10Scored 10

Nice town. Not too busy. Friendly people, english and german speaking. Great cuisine. We stayed at a superb location. Eating at the lake promenade is great! Good food, friendly staff, great view. Don't forget to get an ice cream at Tu. In one word superb!.

The pool was lovely and extremely welcome as the weather was very hot. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was good.
