This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

The apartments are converted buildings alongside the main house. Ours was very roomy, comfortable and classically stylish. We had everything we needed for a stay of a few nights. It was enjoyable to wander around the lovely grounds (unfortunately too cold late October to use the pool - but that would be very inviting on a warmer day). The kitchen was well appointed. The owner recommended some local restaurants and we ate in L’Orselli in Borgo Fè which was great. The apartments are highly recommended.

You will not find a better host than Maurizio who was really welcoming, helpful and charismatic. He also introduced us to Raoul ( look for Chiama Guido online) who took good care of us driving us around for out whole stay at reasonable prices. Worked great for us since I have 2 young kids and did not need to rent a car.. highly recommended

Our 2-bedroom apartment had a huge living room with stone walls and big, arched windows. The kitchen was adequate for preparing simple meals. The garden is nicely maintained, with plenty of places to sit and room for kids to run around.. Our host Valentina was very helpful. There is a supermarket, a pizzeria and a winery a few minutes walk away (in different directions). You do need a car to get around: you are in the countryside.

Friendly staff both in reception and the restaurant. Pool was clean and at the perfect temperature. The view is exceptional, overlooking Perugia and the green hills and valleys surrounding it. In the apartment you find all you need and little suprises extra, like the complimentary Baci Perugina, and then sugar, coffee, biscuits for breakfast, shampoo etc in the bathromm, in case you didnt' bring yours. Marco and Cristina take really good care of their guests. When we were there, April 1st, there was an exceptional snow, but the apartment is really warm.
