Although the room was nice, it smelled and had very little natural light. Disappointing for a suite!

FAQs about hotels in Providence
On average, it costs US$284 per night to book a 3-star hotel in Providence for tonight. You'll pay on average around US$371 if you choose to stay in a 4-star hotel tonight, while a 5-star hotel in Providence will cost around US$334 (based on Booking.com prices).
The King Suite was amazing and perfectly set up. It had plenty of space and 2 separate ac/heat units so we were able to keep both rooms at the perfect temps. The shower was great for pressure and hot water settings. The room had 2 big tv’s and living room side had plenty of seats and a great couch as well.
There is a club attached to the hotel with live music which was great and the hotel had a small bar with an amazing Bartender. He was funny and could hold a great conversation with all of us at the bar of all ages. The price for drinks wasn’t too bad either.
Some of the things I didn’t like was the pricey breakfast as they do not have a buffet style you have to order individual items off a menu. It cost us $50 for 2 people to have breakfast and a coffee. Also the pillows on the bed were not that great, they could use an upgrade for the price you pay to stay here.
All in all it was a fun hotel stay and was great to see all the staff smiling and willing to help/answer anyone’s questions. The hotel is run by good people you can tell by the quality of the staff. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip back to RI.

Providence is an amazing art and culture city that has a million things to do, from big museums, a large mall and great restaurants, all the way to small book stores, bars and galleries tucked away everywhere. Plus, it's small and you can experience the city, the beach, the forest, all of Rhode Island quickly and easily. Plus, a great LGBTQ+ scene in a very accepting environment

The trip was great!
The trip was great! A weekend is a nice amount of time to spend. The food is really good, try Nicks on Broadway and sit at the bar to watch the kitchen. The zoo is wonderful, make sure you ask when the elephants will be inside. Gather Glass was another stop to make ornaments, really great group and a fun experience. Would highly recommend Providence for a weekend stay!

Providence is a nice small city with several universities, including Brown, which we went to for a graduation. It is very manageable to walk around, is very proud of its old buildings (many old homes) and protects them with historic preservation status. Many have plaques with names and dates of construction.
It is also near Newport, Wickford, and Jamestown and all the history associated with those port cities and their wealthy patrons.

I hate staying in hotels that are small, old and off the beaten path. The Dean hotel is all those but I loved it. From the original floor to the outstanding attitudes of the workers, I wish I could have stayed longer. They were so helpful in telling me some good places to eat and see. I will surely stay there again the next time I'm in Providence. I can't say enough about this hotel. You have to experience it to know what I'm saying. Make sure you eat at Murphey's pub which is right next door. The house pickles are fantastic and I can't say when I've had better fish and chips. Take the time to walk downtown and see the sights . So much better than driving.
Very central location, many restaurants easily accessible by walking. Elvis is a very friendly host, always happy to help. The place is super quiet and the common areas are very clean, independent of the time of the day or night. I would always book this place again for another visit. The bus station is only a 10 minute walk away from Elvis' house if you want to explore Rhode Island.
Pictures accurately depicted the property. Beds were comfortable. Close proximity to Providence College. Quick Uber ride to downtown. Block away from a police station. Property was clean. Window units in all the rooms. Elmhurst Pub and Golden Crust Pizza nearby. Property manager very responsive to inquiries.
Very trendy set up. I love the decor. Space is industrial but doesn't feel cold...if you like design you would like this place. I appreciate their strong cool air conditioning unit, one of the main reason I picked to stay here over The Dean Hotel. Also they use malin and goetz bathroom toiletry...wonderful!
The hotel is in a good location which is nice. You can walk to most restaurants and parking is simple. The $35 a night for parking seems high given the fact that this is PROVIDENCE RI!! Breakfast for free was nice even if it was really bad and poorly stocked.
Great location in short walking distance to downtown Providence / large living room and two separate bedrooms / comfortable beds / bathroom is equipped with washing machine and very clean / comfortable self check-in and details are shared on request
The lobby is spectacular, the rooms are very large, & the interior decorating of the rooms is very attractive. The location of the hotel is so convenient for seeing the sights of Providence. We would return to this hotel whenever we could!
The location of this property was really great! It’s near Brown university and Thayer street (which has a lot of restaurants and cafes around it). If you like walking around, it’s a 15min walk away from downtown Providence too.
I did love the location; it was only a 20 minute walk to and from the performing arts center where I went to see a show. Also, the price was reasonable compared to a single night’s stay in any of the surrounding hotels
Location was great. Close to Little Italy's main street, Broadway, and very walkable. Easy to get to downtown and East Providence. There was a fridge to store food, and coffee maker and tea.
I liked the decor and the private rooms as well as the size of the room. The location was very close to downtown Providence and had a 711, Dunkin, McDonald’s, etc for quick grabs.
Awesome staff; great coffee shop and bar in the hotel; great location near all the downtown attractions and bar/restaurants. The lift and red lighting give it a very vintage feel.
It's so spacious and well-decorated. The entire hotel is like an art museum from the 1920s. Biltmore was such a landmark and Graduate Hotel kept it classy while fun and modern.
