Very nice atmosphere on the Danube Cliff especially during The Fish Festival Beautiful kinetic lighted fountains Impressive Greek Cathedral. A nice surprise to discover Brailla Marine. Next time may be I plan a boat ride.

The city has quite a culture, sure it needs investments in the face of the city and getting the historical buildings restored but what it lacks money wise it makes up in places to eat, drink , party and the people are the coolest and prettiest in the whole country. You can see most of Braila in a day if you're an active person, a weekend if you like to be slow-paced. It is not a bustling city so there's not much partying or any such activities, it is quiet and a bit old fashioned, if you're into that sort of thing.

Well located in a quiet area within a short walk of the city centre and the Danube promenade. Very spacious and comfortable room. The included breakfast buffet alone probably justified half the room rate! The hotel had kindly advised us of a private party with "loud music" but it was actually quite subdued and it certainly did not disturb us. If we are ever in Braila again, we would automatically book this hotel.

Charming, restored, old building with all the modern amenities. Parking (on street) might be an issue, needs reserved parking spots, many locals seem to be parking around that location. Much better option than any local chains. Traian Hotel was booked and more expensive than this facility.
