"The staff is so lovely and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Canbury Gardens and other tourist sites. It's about a 10-minute walk to the train station and major shopping centers. I strongly recommend this place and will surely book again.

We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court Palace. After a superb evening meal at our hotel The White Hart we went for a wander over the bridge where we discovered a lively area of restaurants & bars with a great atmosphere. Also found out about a river boat trip that could take us to Hampton Court. We were able to book tickets online for the next day. And a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a train station that takes you to Waterloo.

The location was easy to fund. I stayed to attend a concert at twickenham stadium.. I was told by the owner that I could get a bus to twickenham from outside the hotel. The family who owned it were lovely. I would stay here again for sure

Convenient London location, close to the University of Kingston, easy to access many locations like Richmond, Kew Gardens, Teddington Lock, the River Thames. There was convenient parking outside the hotel. the rooms and hotel were clean, the shower was clean, bedding and towels all clean. A decent cooked breakfast included and co ti metal breakfast available if preferred. There was a warm welcome on arrival and at breakfast. There was also a garden which was a pleasant surprise.
Potential for being great hotel is there. Location is very convenient for Surbiton station and access to Kingston. Lack of hygiene in bathroom, long black hairs in the bath and toilet, I am bald so these clearly weren’t mine. WiFi didn’t work and staff were not interested in fixing it. Fluff balls and leaves in reception area. Only a cold buffet breakfast. I thought manager was a fellow guest at breakfast until he checked me out.
The location of this hotel is perfect for visiting Hampton Court Palace and the fabulous area surrounding the Thames. Across the street from train station.
The decor and atmosphere is very tasteful and welcoming. Our room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. Super friendly staff and I would definitely stay here again!
Nice quiet place, value for
Money. Clean and close to town center.
Looking at the review I was afraid of booking but the price I paid and upon my visit I felt it’s value for money. At the end I paid very cheap price in comparison of other hotel in kingston town center so can’t complaint for any thing.
This was our second visit to Warren House and I can thoroughly recommend it! The hotel is set in a peaceful location yet close to the bustle of Kingston and Surbiton. The staff are friendly and helpful. The neatly kept garden is a bonus on a warm day, and we enjoyed our breakfast and evening meals too.
Great hotel well situated near Kingston, easy walk to railway station with frequent trains to central London. Lovely walk through park to Hampton Court, return possible by boat to Kingston and pier is not far from hotel across the river. Excellent helpful and friendly staff.
The room was fine and the hotel is very quaint and beautifully situated. The outstanding aspect is the hotel staff-delightful people who are ready always to make you feel welcome and to help unhesitatingly.I would specially single out the evening reception staff.
staff and location were excellent. Hotel a little shabby and rooms small, but considering we were still in the midst of covid restrictions and recovery the Hotel was great. I imagine, given time to recover it will be top class. I will definitely stay again.
I have stayed at this hotel a few times now for work, the staff are really friendly, love that they give you water, beer and prosecco in the room. Its little touches like this that make you come back. Oh and the eggs benedict is one of the best i have had.
The staff were truly exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great as good as any top hotel I've stayed in. Not the biggest rooms or en suites but I would highly recommend this hotel as value for money.
The staff were welcoming which certainly made the stay better. It was a great location to explore London and the surrounding area of Kingston upon Thames.
Room was very clean, I mean exceptionally spotless. Hotel itself is close to Kingston town centre and the riverside by walk. Staff friendly and helpful.
