Make SURE you complete ALL of the pre-arrival details after booking. You need to register a copy of your passport and a facial photo in order to get the code for entry. There is VERY little in the area around the facility. It's on a major road in an industrial area -- all supporting airport operations. However, there IS a golden nugget. A 5-minute walk will find you at a cafe run by a nice guy from Iraq. They have a buffet but you can also get food to go. It's very nice and very fairly priced. Great location near the airport for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy but reasonable. Price was fair. Dinner in the Bistro was OK, steak was good but expensive, as expected in a hotel. I found it concerning that glass, glasses were in the bathroom with a tile floor and marble countertops. One slip and it could be a dangerous mess. They were just sitting on the counter, clean but not wrapped in any sustainable, sanitary packaging. Reusable - Yes but Best Choice - not sure. Don't miss breakfast. Huge selection of great foods. One of my best meals in Finland.

My dinner experience was extremely over priced and not good. Breakfast was slightly better. I had no complaints about the room or the service. Generally this was a good place to stay when traveling. The signage to the hotel was very confusing.

Vantaa was a vibrant city.
Vantaa was a vibrant city. Especially more busier in the central area near the harbour. As it was a planned short layover in the city, we do what most tourists would do. Did the ferry to Suomenlinna castle sea fortress. It was a good season for baby breath, hence we see a lot of it while we drive to Sipoonkorpi National Park.

What we liked most was the wonderful forest walks very close by and the climb up the steps and tracks of the man made hill, within the forest area. I really liked the design of the hotel, restaurant, lounge area. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a great night's sleep before my flight to America after an 8 hour bus ride from St. Petersburg to Helsinki. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very tasty and inexpensive, and the breakfast was amazing! Many thanks to everyone who works at the hotel!

The breakfast was really good, had gluten free and milk free options, and a lot of different food options to choose from otherwise. The breakfast starts really early, which is good for early leaving guests. The shuttle bus took us to the airport straight from in front of the hotel. The hotel has spacy rooms, they were very clean and silent. I am overall very content.

The hotel is squeaky clean, the rooms are beautiful, comfy beds, very nice toiletries and the breakfast is great. It is very easy to reach from the airport, just a 5-minute walk away. The city center is also easy to reach - since it was heavily snowing when I was there I just took a taxi from right in front of the airport, which took around 25 minutes.IuliaRomania

A little pricey for what it is, but Finland is an expensive country for hotels anyway. It was conveniently located close to a bus route and a short walk to a large shopping centre. There was a restaurant with a varied menu if you preferred dining in. The early breakfast buffet was excellent and the shuttle bus to the airport was very efficient and convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The train station was right outside with a 30 minute direct journey into the centre at a cost less than €5. The staff were fabulous, the breakfast choice was amazing and rooms kept spotlessly clean. The airport was 1 train stop away (but we walked one way as it was sunny and needed to stretch legs!). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Very nice option to spend a night before or after your flight. Everything is very clean and cozy. Nice kitchen, comfortable lounge area, hot showers, fresh linen. I particularly liked the idea of self check in and digital locks on the doors. Nearby there is a supermarket and a train station form where you can get to the airport in several minutes.
