Loved the location - it's super central. The room, while may look a bit dated, its still clean and pretty decorated with old english style/design. The hotel is very beautiful too with most if not all rooms facing the river.
Breakfast spread is good, not too many choices but just enough - milk, eggs, fruits, cheese, bread, dessert.
The hotel do look understaffed though (u will see the same person at receoption today, being a kitchen staff tomorrow). The hotel won't entertain early check in whatsoever as well. For the price and location its all worth it. I have nothing major to complain about.

Hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room had a beautiful view and the terrace was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was perfect. They even offer to make eggs or an omelette for you to accompany the cold options if you would like. Just a very short downhill walk from the closest bus stop and very easy access from Interlaken. We loved staying outside of the city and enjoyed talking a walk on the trails located right across the street from the hotel.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10
If you want an authentic, quaint B&B location to stay at...
If you want an authentic, quaint B&B location to stay at while visiting Interlaken, then I would strongly recommend this property. Traveling to and from the main train station (Interlaken Ost) is very easy via the 102 bus or just an easy 15 minute walk -- downhill from the B&B. The bus stop is located about 100 meters up the road and has a shaded bench and community water fountain. Concerning the surrounding neighborhood, it is quiet and very safe -- we had no issues during our 4-day stay.Matthew - 10Scored 10

Property was located in the most beautiful setting EVER!! Breakfast on the terrace will be an unforgettable moment. Breakfast was delicious, various types of breads and rolls, boiled eggs, granola, yoghurt, fruit, jams, waffles, far too much! Room was spacious, comfy beds. View to die for!!! Goldswill Schoenegg is sited a few minutes' drive out of Interlaken, offering great views of the town and surrounding area. Ample space for parking too. They also provided us with free public transport tickets to and around Interlaken. Reception is not manned 24 hrs and will leave entry keys at a location which they will indicate to you. Breakfast is provided in a pre-packed lunch box at your table.

As we were preparing for a marathon this was a comfortable and restful location to stay. The noise level was genuinely quiet except for the sound of keys in locks which travels a bit through the building. The beds were comfortable so a good night sleep was had. Switzerland is probably more sensitive than other countries. I understand that it is because there are many mountains. We were traveling to several countries and only this hotel had a fire alarm and we had to pay a fine. It is our fault for not carefully checking the precautions for the fire alarm in the room in advance. Other than this everything is satisfactory.

Beautiful views. Hotel staff are very friendly, down to earth and helpful. Restaurant serves good, hearty swiss food and is child friendly. Rooms are nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. We had access to a shared terrace which was a nice plus.
