We were really surprised at the customer focus at reception. We hoped for a quiet and comfortable room. but didn't have very high expectations due to the location on a main road. However, Chris at reception was very helpful and took care to listen to our request and to offer the best room he had available with the proviso that we could change if we didn't agree. The room turned out to be very comfortable. Except for some guests making normal noise outside early in the evening and the running of a shower near us, the room was amazingly quiet. We had the best night's sleep that we had anywhere else in Canada and Washington in the previous week, in hotels that were a lot more expensive.

Love North Vancouver and the proximity to the mountains, North Vancouver areas and the beautiful views.
There are many places that could be visited, but I prefer to go further North or East, if not downtown Vancouver.
The traffic over Lions Gate bridge at Rush Hour is terrible, and recommend travelling in a different time if possible.

The house is new and clean.
The house is new and clean. Owner (Michael) is so nice, you can socialize with him pleasantly. The place's view is amazing. Water is running 7x24 in the river stream, which you can see from your rooms.
North Vancouver is for people loving outdoor activities such as hiking and going to beaches. The house is not far (15-minute driving) from the downtown of Vancouver.

For a quick staycation we had friends coming from the island as well as the valley and decided North Van would be a good middle distance. We had few expectations and assumed we would be shopping and sipping drinks with good friends. It turned out that it was very easy to get around between sea bus to down town and bussing up to the parks. The shipyards area and lower lonsdale is rich with great little stores and non-chain restaurants which was such a treat.

I've stayed here numerous times before and was surprised to be booked in a very small basement bedroom . There was no air conditioning in the room but only an open basement window. Not impressed considering the number of previous bookings. Otherwise the facilities met with our previous expectations. lovely view and great kitchen facilities with several breakfast options.

North Vancouver is a lovely area just across the bay from Downtown Vancouver. Easy access across the bay via the regular ferry gives you the best of everything. North Vancouver seems a nice safe neighbourhood with a nice choice of bars and restaurants. You also have easy access to the hills and mountains where there are some great walks and stunning scenery.

Love All the amazing staff!
The front desk & housekeeping were incredible!!!!!
Unfortunately when we checked in to the room there were several small black hairs all over toilet.
The front desk obviously sent someone up but after we had just checked in after driving in from Kelowna it was a bit inconvenient but it was promptly taken care of.
Was Not aware that there was No parking for hotel.
It's underground public parking and was $30 a DAY!...........
The market & amazing staff and great location were highly appreciated!
We got the breakfast tower, it was a lot of food for two people. They went out of their way to make sure there was no fish and nothing touching it as I am allergic. The front desk people was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Housekeeping even organized the bathroom counter for us. We couldn't ask for better hotel. This will be my new go to place when I travel to Vancouver.
Crystal was a wonderful host - she went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the patio was gorgeous. The 2 breakfasts we had were excellent. Crystal brought coffee to our room in the morning - much appreciated. We loved North Vancouver - great location.
Clean, quiet, and welcoming with nice little touches like fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and lemon water. The balcony is relaxing to sit on. The beds were very comfortable. The location in North Vancouver was convenient to Lynn Canyon, Cleveland Dam and Grouse Mountain.
This is a nice mini house in the back yard. It has a full kitchen, a big sofa bed for rest/watching tv and a bedroom. The house locates on a quite neighborhood. Not far from tourist attractions in north Vancouver. House host Margaret is very friendly.
A vibrant location with so much to offer steps from the hotel. Restaurants markets, food trucks, museums..we have stayed at the Pinnacle at the Pier for over a decade now and absolutely love "The Shipyards"
It was fun to stay on North Vancouver. The view across the harbor to Vancouver is magnificent. The access by boat ferry is easy, very close, and fun! On the pier side there are views and great restaurants!!
Spacious bedrooms, good kitchen and very helpful host. Excellent North Vancouver location on multiple bus routes. Nice forest walks and playground nearby so made it a good location for kids too.
It's a hostel run in private house in North Vancouver,. It has 8 rooms with 2 shared showers and 2 washrooms which was ok when only 4 rooms were occupied. Kitchen is big and has all needed.
Beautiful location in North Vancouver, on the waterfront! Great market attached to the hotel, perfect for a rainy day; comfortable beds and clean spacious rooms. Lovely view of the harbour.
Nice and clean. Friendly staff. The location was great.
I didn't spend much time at the hotel but the pool looked good and there was food avaliable at the hotel.
