Staff was accommodating and friendly enough. We did not pay for breakfast because we want to stay longer in bed in the daytime, and that suits us well. The location of the hotel is definitely great because its right across a mall and that is very convenient. The television was not working and we have a personnel checked it,after that,it all worked out fine.
With direct access to Bawadi Mall ,the 4 star property offers 90 splendid rooms and suites with their modern design complementing the values of the contemporary Arabian culture.

The Oasis was good to visit.
The Oasis was good to visit. We hired the electric scooters which were fun and great for getting round the oasis which was free to visit. Jebel Hafeet was impressive with some areas to hike at the base

The city is very nice, unfortunately there are not so many places to visit. We liked Al Ain Oasis, the fortress. Definitely worth going to Jebel Hafeet. The area around Al Ain is very interesting, it looks like a moonscape full of limestone rocks. what surprised us was the very poor visibility probably due to the dust from the desert. Except for the morning and evening everything was in fog all day. We couldn't see the sky or the sun, which was very unpleasant.

Al ain is beautiful less busy but not much to do, I’ll visit Al ain again but not Alberni Jabeel Hafeet they robbed and scammed me from my money. I had to cancel one nights stay due to serious issues and the next morning the receptionist told us we didn’t pay for the second night, we told her to check then she found the payment and said the money will be reversed back to my account. I called them a few times to get information about this and every time they said they money is already reversed, but that’s a lie. The staff was highly unprofessional with check in, the Arabian lady badmouthed her colleagues. The other staff that was communicating with me via phone told me i can bring in Alcohol illegally because it’s not allowed on property( we did not) my whole experience with this hotel was so bad and I won’t recommend it to people.

Al Ain is among one of the most beautiful places in UAE and one should visit to see the efforts done by the authorities in terms of plantations and greenery. A lot of historical places and farms to visit.
The selection of restaurants in the hotel were very good. There was a bit of everything. I loved the location, we were less than a 8 minute drive from both the Al Ain Oasis and The Mall and only 12 minutes from Al Ain Zoo. The staff were very helpful. After we checked in, we realized there was a wedding right below us outside our room and the music would be loud. As we were there for a relaxing weekend the hotel were very understanding and kindly allowed us to switch rooms to accommodate our needs.
The hotel is very well priced great value for money. Everyone was pleasant in the hotel. It is well placed close to the stadium and restaurants but its quiet and you are not disturbed. Al Ain is a very beautiful city .
The room was very clean and well laid out. The hotel is n a popular area but its not too busy and there were plenty of restaurants close by to choose from if you didn't want to eat in the hotel.
I have stayed here before and I would stay here again
The weather at jabel hafeet was amazing even when it was like 45 Celsius in Al Ain. That was the best part as it was so relaxing. Specially during the evening. We didn't want to come back. The hotel is also really good with great views, good food and nice and clean rooms. No complaints and highly recommended to people who are looking to take a break from the extreme hot weather.
The hotel location is great; not too far from the city center but not too close to the noise of the city. Th pool is kid friendly and my kid doesn’t feel like going out of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and courteous. From the porter Aslam, the checkin attendant Adeel to the F&B manager Yasir, everyone was very accommodating and helpful with all our requests.
This hotel has the best location in Al Ain being almost at the top of Jebel Hafeet. The view was spectacular from our balcony as well as from the restaurants. The breakfast was very good and had enough variety to satisfy anyone. The room we had was quite cozy, with a nook with a desk to work on should you wish. In all, this is worth returning to.
The hotel was clean and situated in a nice location. Staff were friendly especially Mr. Muthaleeb who went out of his way to accommodate our requests for an interconnecting room. He even gave us a free suite upgrade on one of the rooms so this last stay of us in Al Ain was truly memorable.
This has been our go to hotel for many years now. It is away from city centre but it's attachment to Bawadi Mall serves us very well.
If you came across a staff member by the name of Yadav (from Nepal), then you will be met with the utmost politeness and helpfulness.
THE LOCATION IS GREAT NEAR IN AL AIN MALL AND AND CENTER OF THE CITY. I LIKE THE RECEPTION HER NAME IS VARSHA IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN. SHE POLITELY ACCOMMODATE US ESPECIALLY OUR REQUEST. EVER SINCE, I'VE ALWAYS CHOOSEN THIS HOTEL DUE TO THE LOCATION AND THEIR SERVICES.
The desert location and familiar South African camp feeling as UAE resident was an amazing experience. Exceeding all expectations. Well done Telal Resort Al Ain. We will most definitely return for more of the extraordinary luxury experienced.
Having lived in Al Ain for 20 years, we chose the Rotana to spend our last 3 nights in the beautiful Garden City. It was a wonderful stay and the staff looked after us so well. The facilities were magnificent and our chalet was superb.
The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was tasty. There were plenty of car parking. Stay in this hotel is useful for those who wants to move to Dubai on next day without going back to the city of Al-Ain.
Was arealy nice to stay in this hotel. My son had wonderful times at the pool. Thanks to the receptionist mr hussam for his great effort and help. Thanks to cleaners for the fast replay too.
Aside from the very friendly hotel crew who do not hesitate to accommodate my inquiries, the hotel was next to the Al Ain Square which has nice coffee shops and restaurants.
only 2 things I liked about this hotel,
1. Parking
2. Reception staff Ms. Irene. she was so friendly.
though, this was the cheapest stay I was able to find in Alain
