This is a family-run business, which I didn't realise at first when booking through the booking.com website. It made me happy to know I was supporting a family-run, local business. It was very clean and cosy, small room but perfect size for sleeping at night. Mara made us feel very welcome and very much at home. We really enjoyed the breakfasts in the morning. Mara preps and serves you every morning. There is a 4 or 5? person Finnish sauna which I used twice. Very relaxing after a long day of skiing. Comes at a small extra cost but worth it. To get into the centre of town the hotel is a 15-20 minute walk uphill, I didn't mind this very much as I enjoy walking. 5-10 minute walk downhill to get to the skilift. If you're not arriving by car bear this in mind. The transport connections to get to the hotel are good if you're not going by car. Overall, we really appreciated the hospiality and efforts to make our stay as wonderful as possible. Thank you Mara and family.

They hosts were so lovely and so kind. Breakfast was lovely. The rooms were cosy and clean and there was plenty space. Very close to town just a short walk.

The hosts were very kind to us and had a cute dog. The breakfast was so good and we had a wide variety of foods that they prepared for us. In addition, the host drove us to and from the bus station each day, which made it very accessible to go to the slopes and back to the city.

Hosts, Roberta and Andrea were amazing. Andrea picked us up from the station and from Sauze D'oulx when needed. So helpful and welcoming. Roberta gave us the most beautiful breakfast every morning with such delicious home baked cookies, cakes, brownies, biscuits. Breakfast was so fresh and tasty and a little different each day which was nice as you'd always wake up to a few surprise treats. The room is immaculate, warm and bright. An absolutely gorgeous spot and the building over 500 years old has so much character and appeal. I would highly recommend bnb1504, you will love it! Great location in the center of town, within an easy walk of many shops and restaurants. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Off street parking was a real bonus. Extremely dog friendly, they even provided a dog bed, bowls, and a treat bag for our pup! Excellent! Bathroom was modern, with great water pressure and loads of hot water.

Wow!! What an incredible place to stay. The rustic feel of the property blended with the well thought out spa facilities gave such a unique experience. Marco was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. The location was great and we had easy access to various parts of the slopes so we could explore different pockets every day. The pictures don’t do the place justice it has such an authentic feel and the views are wonderful. It is a very quiet village so we felt we had the whole place to ourselves. Marco has a local wine shop in the Sestriere which you have to visit and see all the wonderful local produce. I can’t rate this highly enough if you are wanting to have a cosy, rustic holiday with an element of luxury.
