The host, the room, the bathroom. Great communication, friendly host, secure gate/doors. It was only me on the second floor, hence very private, quiet and secure. Black out automatic blinds are great! The checking in and out was great. The host extended my stay by 2 hours, which was appreciated. Mogliano Veneto is a nice place for tapas and eating out, the locals are very friendly.

Nice room, comfortable bed, they clean the room daily and you have all that you need for a couple of nights including a small fridge and free coffee. The location is very close to the train station and you can be in Venice in 35-40 min. The owner was helpful with all that we requested. Next door is a small very cozy no name bar where you can have a drink and spend the evening, it is not crowded so it was perfect (the owner is a very nice man).
