My husband and I stayed here for four nights in April 2022, and we loved it. If you're looking for a stay in a quiet, pretty neighbourhood, in a house with a lot of character, this is perfect. The house is beautifully maintained, holds on to all of its old-world charm, but is also very comfortable and clean and convenient. Crammed - in a very nice way - with a lot of interesting art and books. Our host, Jonathan, was always on hand to answer all of our questions, and give us tips about where to go and what to see. Lovely breakfasts (we had plenty of choice as vegetarians), cooked fresh and set up for us in a dining room lined with amazing books. Our bathroom was not attached to the room, it was across a corridor, but it was reserved just for us so no discomfort on that count. You'll probably need to climb a few stairs to get to your room, but that was not a problem for us. About 15-20 mins taxi ride into Liverpool city centre, or a 10-12 minute walk to the train station where you can catch a ride to Liverpool Central. A bunch of restaurants and shops on the same road if you don't want to go into the city. And a five-minute walk to the beach, which has plenty of character of its own with Antony Gromley's "Another Place" art installations. Would definitely go back if we were to get the chance!

Just a short walk to Anfield Stadium and plenty of places to eat nearby.

Lyndsay was super mega awesome <3. She helped us a lot, answering our questions and helping us with what we needed. The location is very clean, beautiful, and very homish. The location is very closed tot the stadium area, these being the main reason for us to book it. Overall, price - quality : amazing. We had a shared bathroom and it wasn't something that bothered us. It was a very good deal. The only minus was that our bed was a little small, us being 2 tall people, but we managed to sleep. Not great, not terrible.

The kitchen had everything that you needed for your stay to just help yourself. Both the host and the staff are very friendly, attentive and down to earth.     Lovely spacious, clean apartment with ensuite and all the facilities you could need including dishwasher and washing machine (which we did not need to use). Great location on Duke Street across the road from Duke Street food and drink market, extremely close to all the city centre shops and a 10 min walk to Albert Docks. Friendly staff. Cheap 24 hour parking.

    Quiet, clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Single rooms come with or without a private bathroom. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and a Lidl grocery store.

    This spacious and comfortable apartment was in a great location being only a few minutes walk to the city centre. Despite being on the ground floor and next to a road, it was very quiet. There was effective heating, adequately equipped modern kitchen and a great tv. Kane deserves a special mention as he was an excellent host who went out of his way to help us and make our visit to Liverpool very enjoyable.

    This hotel is in a great location. Secure underground car park was so useful as we did not need to use the car during our stay. 3 minute walk to Albert Dock and 10 mins to city centre. Clean and quiet hotel, it has a gym although we did not use this due to the walking we did around Liverpool. Excellent breakfast, varied, hot and plentiful. I would use this hotel again.
