The host, Fabio, was an absolute delight! We have never met a host that was so amazing, accomodating and accessible. We had a fresh breakfast waiting every morning, fresh cold milk for the coffee in our fridge, clean stylish room, comfy bed, amazing shower and really just too much more to list. If you are staying in Ostia, you would do yourself a disservice if you did not stay here.

The apartment is perfectly located in Lido di Ostia: only about 5 mins walk from Stella Polare train station, and only about 5 mins walk to the beach. Well located in a safe building, with elevator. Just around the corner you can find a restaurant with excellent Italian food at reasonable prices (Falco D'Oro), a gelateria, a pharmacy and a fruit shop. There is also a Conad supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment. Paolo and Katia are perfect hosts, very friendly and punctual. Katia waited us at arrival and showed around the apartment. Because we arrived in the morning before the check-in hour, they permitted us to leave the suitcases at the apartment until it was ready, and then allowed an early check-in. At check-out, Paolo took our luggage and kept them until evening, when he transferred us to the airport. Thus, we could enjoy more time at the beach from the first till the last day! The apartment is beautiful, spotless, very comfortable, with a nice modern interior, and well equipped with everything one could want for a vacation. And I really mean everything! A fully equipped kitchen; there is also free coffee, water, juices, croissants, tea, and many others. Two bedrooms (double bed + 2 single beds) with air conditioning. Two modern bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. One super-large sunny balcony. Nice large sofa area. To conclude, I highly recommend this apartment!
