Ok, plenty of the mixed reviews. I was sceptical but the price was good for the location. Upon getting there, It was a good hotel. The room was clean, bed comfy (very comfy), no bugs or whatnot people would write in their reviews. The bathroom section was a bit ... lagging, but nothing to diminish my comfort.

You can get there easily on the Sky train from the airport. The check in clerk was awesome, I think he is called Bradley (with all the airline pins on his jacket). He was so kind and friendly. The room was quiet, comfy and clean. They have a lounge bar with good food till late and the staff are excellent there. The breakfast is great - if you book it in advance you can get an amazing value buffet. The breakfast staff are lovely too. From there it’s easy to get the sky train to the car rental. I would definitely stay there again!

This Extended Stay America - Phoenix - Airport is located in Phoenix and especially designed for longer stays, with all rooms featuring a fully equipped kitchen. Close to airport, quiet location, great value for money. Pretty basic, small kitchenette (not equiped with any plates knives forks plates cups etc.). Had cheap coin laundrette which was a bonus. Reasonable sized room.
