The staff was very attentive. My son's flight was brought forward and he arrived at 6:00 am. They allowed him to check in at that time and have breakfast at no extra charge. The rooms clean and comfortable. Excelent location. Definitely staying again.

Located in Linthicum Heights, this hotel offers free shuttle services to Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. I was exceptionally pleased with the management who upgraded my stay to the highest plus level. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was always very warm, the bathroom water very hot, the cable TV abundant, and also it was delightful to have boxed snacks! The housekeeping staff as well as front desk staff were always friendly and available. And very respectful!!

When I saw how the breakfast situation was set up, I just bought some blueberry muffins which were excellent! Even though the hotel itself was not everything I expected it to be, I loved the fireplace and the shower in my room. The toilet was rather low. And I think there should be more railings in an "accessible" room. But, what made it so very nice was the staff. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant even though they did not have all the answers to my questions.
