Very new, spacious and beautifully furnished accommodation. The host and his family were always available in case we needed something and checked themselves whether everything was in order. But at the same time they were very discreet. In addition to the beautiful small house we lived in, we also had a large garden with sunbeds and our own terrace with seating and a grill available to us. Parking right in front of the house on your own land is also no problem. The house does not have Wi-Fi, but this is all stated in the description and, on the contrary, it leads to an even better rest from the surrounding world. Big cities - Lucca and Pisa are very close to reach. The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful location, in the middle of the Tuscanian country. The Host, Pietro, was extremely nice to us, and explained everything we had to know and made us feel extremely welcome. The apartment is clean, beautiful and comfortable. The private SPA is a dream come true! We couldn't have asked for anything better.

The house is very spacious and well maintained, all and everything is taken into account. Located on a quiet street and close to Lucca, Pisa and Florence. The surroundings are good to stay with a dog. The landlords are very nice and friendly people, always ready to help.:) The beds are extremely comfortable. The restaurant recommended by senior Giuseppe was beyond our expectations (we and our children decided to eat there every evening if possible and also bought tasty wine and olive oil there). A good beach for dog owners is within 50 mins by car close to Livorno called "Single Fin" (we tried beaches in Torre del Lago: private beaches were overbooked and didn't allow dogs and a private beach wasn't that nice).

Superb view, nice, clean pool, friendly hosts. The apartment is on 1st floor, hosts live downstairs. They are at guests disposal in case of any problems. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom is all you need. The pool was 0.8-1.5m if I recall well filled with "salty" water, what I find much better than chlorine desinfection. There is also an outdoor kitchen nearby pool in case guests wanted to cook outside.

It's a lovely house with spacious rooms, a fantastic pool area and lots of garden space for the dog. The house is located close to Lucca, but also Pisa and Firenze are within easy reach. There's a supermarket within 5 mins and lovely Pizzeria both in the nearby village. But overall the stay was made all the more special by the welcome of the host, truly exceptional.

Breakfast was so good and you sit on a beautiful terrace. The room is very nice and the whole Arena is perfect. Loved the Pool with pleanty of shadow possibilitys. The close City / Village of Montecarlo is amazing for dinner, but there is also a very good Restaurant in walking distance.

The building is well decorated, the room was clean too, the pool was so nice especially. The owners use pool cleaner every night so that it is very well maintained. Every pool stuff including the swimming cap and towels are right next to the pool so it is handy.

The pool is magnificent - large, cleaned regularly and with ample space to sunbathe around it. The garden is huge and there is enough privacy to feel like in your own Tuscan mansion :) The host was very friendly and ready to help with whatever we requested.
