This is a lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood that is well situated between the sights of Evora and the nearby free parking lot. The bottle of wine was a lovely welcome. We arrived early and were delighted that our host, Nuno, made it possible to enter the home right away. The cleaners were just finishing and had the keys for us. The home is spotless. We liked the decor, the patio and the succulent garden.

Casa dos Castelos provided a wonderful service! The apartment was in a central location near the cathedral and the chapel of bones, and a 15 minute walk from the supermarket. We had a renovated and fully equipped kitchen. There was air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom and shower were spacious and stylishly renovated. Our host Ricardo was rapidly available by phone and he was very helpful with local recommendations. I highly recommend this place to future travelers!

A full, modern kitchen is at the disposal of guests, which makes it very easy if you want to self-cater. Check in at Ale-Hop was easy and no problem storing luggage there until your room is ready. My room looked onto the street but it seemed only pedestrians came by. I would definitely stay there again if I came back to Evora.
