The Polaroid camera which was free to use gave us a few beautiful gems to hang on to. The French Press and courtesy pouch of coffee was a lovely touch. These were really personal touches that I loved. We were 5 - 10 mins late leaving and met the cleaner exiting. She was so nice to meet and say goodbye to. Location was great. Bus stops and Metro close by. Lime scooters can be used and takes you to Gran Via in about 8 mins. Retiro is close and if your not lazy the center is easy to walk in to. I would 100% stay here again if I am coming to Madrid, and would consider Bob W wherever I go.

The staff was super helpful and positive. I also really liked the apartment. Because it was at the center of the city and you can go anywhere just by walking. And the room was also very clean and there was even dishwasher and washing machine. If you want to stay long, it is very suitable :)

South Korea
The location of the apartment was close to the city center, so I was able to walk to all of Madrid's main spots and shopping streets. I was also able to enter the apartment using my smartphone, which was very easy, and the interior was very neat and organized, which made me feel very comfortable. Personally, I was very glad that I only stayed for a short time before returning home.

Nice building tastefully restored in a delightful square. All close (market, many restaurants and shops, pharmacy, etc). Bright, fully equipped, quiet apartment (excellent fixtures) with closed windows. We had a great time, I recommend it and will be back. Impeccable staff, perfect check in and checkout.

The room exceeded my expectations, it has everything in it, even dishwasher. Quite enaugh space in the room and little balcony and everything was very clean, literally very clean and location was in the city center, near Puerta del Sol. So I recommend it to everyone. You will like it. Only thing that they can improve is to put water in the rooms, but as it is apartment style it is understandable. And also the girl in the reseption was very helpful and they provide you with Madrid map and highlight where to go or visit. In one word ideal.

Aircon and fan were a life saver. Kitchen had everything you needed, as did the bathroom. Balcony was beautiful, it really made the stay for us. Susana was very helpful and informative and wanted us to have a good stay, great host.

It is also close to public transport, but it is very easy to walk to the main sights. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious with a comfortable and colourfully furnished sitting room and modern kitchen with all you need for self-catering (except for mugs). The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is plenty of space too for hanging clothes and storing things.
