Christell- the maid- is basically the best- keeps everything superclean, cooks delicious meal, she also worked as a manager for our dreams to realize : such as a swimming with whales and dolphins, massages, deep sea fishing trips etc.

The resort features various facilities to please everyone. Parents can relax on a sun lounger around the pool while younger guests can have good times at the Kids Club. For more enjoyment, relaxing treatments are available at the spa. The hotel also offers other facilities such as a fitness centre, sauna and hammam. We had a memorable stay. The resort has a wonderful location with three seas surrounding it. The staff was extremely courteous and polite, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and satisfied. The resort facilities and infrastructure were great and plenty of activities were held through the day. We chose their all inclusive package and its completely worth it.

Guests can enjoy a wide variety of activities and facilities, including free access to the golf club and free WiFi. This hotel is spectacular! The staff is extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The airline lost my luggage and I didn’t have any clothes at all. They gave me a sarong and a polo t-shirt for free. The spa even lent me a straightener which I really appreciated. The food is very good (Italian, Indian and the seafood restaurants are the best). Shoutout to Davidsen who looked after us really well in the bar every night (even though we don’t drink, he always offered us different options). The free massage is surprisingly good to be complimentary - make sure you get it! If you spend the day out, they give you a picnic box to go - very good quality food. The gym and the golf course also beautiful. We would definitely go back tomorrow if we could! Congratulations to the management of the Hotel because they are doing an excellent job. Ah! And the rental car in the hotel is cheaper than if you do it at the airport (we rented a car for 50€/day!). Best beaches: blue lagoon, flick en flak, le morne.

I like so sofitel so much the room is beautiful and the hotel is so relaxing and i would thank the manager Deva she was so nice and kind. Sure we will come next time.
