The hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at many grand, expensive resorts/hotels. But none had the attention to detail and customer service that Au Coeur Des Neiges has. Incredible staff. Just a phenomenal experience. Every room scented to perfection. Every shelf or nook decorated beautifully. Amazing place.

The hotel is great, recently renovated, the staff is very helpfull, especcially Beatrice which is an angel and helped us with a lot of care when we encountered a problem with our transportation in the last day. The food is great and the shuttle service to the lifts is very efficient The Spa was great.

Circondato dalle montagne, l'Hotel lo Stambecco sorge direttamente sulle piste da sci di Plan Maison ed è raggiungibile tramite una funicolare che parte da Piazzale Funivie. Great location, we loved to be the first ones skiing on the resort in the morning. Clean and warm room (with furniture from the 70s). We grabbed a last-minute deal, which was really convenient considering all the services included (dinner and breakfast included, 30 min spa, lift to the resort, discount with the rental shop), I don't know if I would have booked it at "full price". Food was good, in line with the star rating of the hotel, you can't expect a gourmet dinner but the quality and variety was good.
