The owner is super helpful and friendly, and goes above and beyond to help with anything. The facilities are clean and new. We were the only guests and had a very exclusive stay, e.g. had the beautiful spa for just the two of us. Breakfast was also very good, you can choose from different options. We rented a car and visited the nearby cities. The owner had excellent restaurant tips and there are great restaurants near. I have visited 40+ countries and even more resorts and hotels. Yet, this was one of the best hotels I have ever visited. If you are looking for luxury, with private service and great facilities, this is the place for you! Thank you again :)

A shared lounge is on site and the resort also offers bike hire. we booked Palazzo del Senatore on our way to Rome and were pleasantly surprised. the hotel is beautifully decorated and we felt like living in the past century. Alessandra is the owner of the hotel and is such a pleasant person. Atina was also a nice surprise. what a nice little paese! surrounded by beautiful mountains and such a live little town. definitely a nice surprise!

The A/C worked fine. The beds were good and the whole apartment cozy. The landlady was forthcoming, as we changed arrival time a few times (buses and trains in Italy are usually late - so we managed to get an earlier one by it being late). Shower took a little while to warm up, but otherwise was good. The apartment is well taken care of.
