Well I am not sure where to start...this was the most luxurious resort we have ever been to and with the best mountain views including Vietnam's highest mountain Fansipan. The resort is brand new, opened last year and all the amenities are in pristine condition including the jacoozi, Himalayan salt sauna, gym, infinity pool, etc. We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and baby. The food was delicious, being vegetarian, there were ample options in the buffet breakfast and also for lunch and dinner. The hotel manager John is amazing along with all the hotel staff. They gave so much love to the baby and went beyond to make our stay wonderful. Really enjoyed the amenities specially the Jacuzzi and the infinity pool. The resort location is the best with cable car station for Vietnam's highest mountain just outside the resort. And also to visit the glass bridge, heavens gate, waterfalls, etc. This was the best decision especially considering the price we paid for such luxury. Would highly recommend their mountain view room with balcony! Thank you everyone for an amazing experience! Will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful time at Eco Palms House ! The location was perfect with a stunning view of the rice fields. The staff is truly devoted to making our experience the best as possible ! (I even had a cake on my 30th birthday made by the cook). Nam (the hotel manager) is always friendly, warm and caring. The rooms are very comfortable with Vietnamese traditional decoration. The hotel is brilliant - Nice a quaint yet has all the facilities and luxuries. The staff were amazing and managed to arrange a private cooking class with Sous Chef Mung. Was an amazing experience and Mung showed me the market and how to cook 4 traditional dishes (he then served it to me in the restaurant. Highlight of my trip and great to see such an experienced chef go about his business. Would 100% recommend and will come back again.
