Exceptional service from the staff from the time we arrived we were initially not happy with the room we got were then given a free upgrade by Melissa which we a absolutely loved the ocean view from the room was amazing the kids had their own room as well. Because we loved the resort and enjoyed our stay we wanted to extend our stay Mr Alain & Mrs Joan with her team went out of their way to ensure that we got to extend our stay even though the resort was fully booked..we had to also reschedule our flights Darson and Teelwah assisted us with rescheduling our flights literally the morning we were supposed to leave Mauritius..we were initially supposed to stay for 4 days we extended by another 4 days because of the exceptional services from this resort. We travelled with our 2 kids a 10month old and a 3 year old they loved the kids club..the beach is also very clean our kids enjoyed playing there.

We were there for 3 days which was enough since we wantwd to visit other parts of the island but this hotel was very nice and we were contempting to return and stay longer to relax. Ambient is a lot prettier than on pictures. Very nice beach, almost always empty, sea is very warm and we loved swimming there. However there was rain and big waves at some times of the day, which we didn’t mind. Pool was cold but we also never wanted to swim there because we loved the beach. It‘s also pretty windy so you never feel like you are burning. 10/10 for all employees and their hospitality. Food was great. They are switching cusine every day sl it‘s always something new. Fresh towels at the beach, pool, always fresh cold lemon water tanks available everywhere. Public areas very clean. Also drinks at the bar were great, if you like alcohol free coctails then you have to try Banantara moctail. Overall great experience.

Staff at reception were marvellous went out of way to assist us. Very impressed by hotel security at gate & front of resort, friendly while also being diligent.

The resort aesthetics and facilities are breathtaking. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The swimming pools and the lagoon are kept clean with clear blue waters. The Mosaic restaurant cooks amazing, delicious gourmet three course meals.

Everything works perfectly in the accommodation. The owner is interested in her guests & that they enjoy their stay!

Me and my wife had a great time there we are from Canada. We took a Junior Suite infront of the beach amazing sea view. The main restaurant provided our anniversary cake and prepared unique dishes for us. Great service from hotel personnel especially Mr Iqbal Goolfee and Joanne. Mr Iqbal help us a lot. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Our room was a bit small, but if youre looking for a simple island stay over a luxury resort this could be a good place.

The rooms are spacious and new. We got a free upgrade to a premium room and that was a very nice surprise at the check in. We had an all inclusive package and we were happy with the amount beverages included with it. They helped us organize a very nice dinner for our special occasion.
