This hotel is the best - super friendly staff, awesome location, delicious food, great facilities, very nice and relaxing spa/yoga area. We were there in February for my birthday and it was very special, so I would like to thank everyone for making my day and our stay so special. But our great thanks go to Deepak, who was there for us during lunch and dinner, he’s just the best, very attentive, always ready to give some awesome ideas for exploring Mauritius and always ready to answer our questions. Deepak has made our stay and my birthday even more special - he has prepared an incredible table for us and a great surprise! thank you very much Deepak!! Next special thanks goes to Wadie and Balu for their awesome work and charming way of taking care of the us :) Krisma from the reception desk is amazing - always smiling, very helpful and making you feel at home! Thank you, Krisma!! Then on my birthday we had an unforgettable morning, planned together with Sailesh - he has helped my boyfriend to organise a breakfast on a secluded beach, which we’ve reached with the Sirius boat. Sailesh took care of everything - great organisation for a joyful time and again everything was done in a marvellous way! thank you Sailesh! And then last but not least - big thanks to Pascal - our boat captain - for all he’s done for us - the music, the breathtaking views he took us to, the funny stories and the spectacular boat experience we had! We’ll definitely visit this hotel again, as this is one of the best hotels we’ve been to with the best staff!! Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable! Beautiful resort with incredible service. The Le Saint Geran team thought of everything to ensure we had a perfect holiday. Food was excellent, fresh with a good variety of dishes and styles. The beach front service was unbeatable.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere and entertainment throughout at stay at Lux. The amenities and service during breakfast and dinners was next level. The beach rouge restaurant is one of the best for lunch and dinner. Room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Will definitely come back for longer next time.

The best thing of this hotel is the staff! Seeing in our travel period the occupancy was under 20% we stayed a week and a big thanks to all the staff.Without them no hotel no hotel is anything! We were greater daily by the breakfast team with a wonderful breakfast buffet! Many thanks to Julie,Yasmin,Jessica,Bandana and our Chef Moonsamy who probably makes the best omelette we have tasted! The evening restaurant team and bar always made sure everything was fine with a 5 star rotation buffet menu! Special thanks to the Chef Sanguy who always had a smile for us and a small story! The whole kitchen team was fabulous! The hotel has many features and we enjoyed the beaches there and the pool! The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping crew with the floor butler looked after everything perfectly! Front office staff were very professional with concierge and the gardeners look after the property so it was a pleasure to enjoy the nature! I can recommend this hotel to travelers who want to relax and enjoy sophisticated food and service! My wife and son will be back and thanks to all involved to make our week stay memorable!

All staff members were super friendly and consistently checked in on our stay and if there was anything we needed anything. The food was brilliant and dining at Hasu was a mindblowing experience. The one key thing that we absolutely loved, was having the beach on our doorstep and really warm weather during our stay

Our hotel stay was pleasant and it met the expectations. Hotel is having onsite Aqualand which is very well maintained and we had much fun over there. There are quite a few recreational activities to keep up engaged and entertained throughout the day. The beach house is having some water activities which is also nice. Staff were helpful and address our queries all the time.
