Our organization with Sayed was fabulous, he was very accommodating & helpful. Sayed also organized an extra Tour for us to Abu Simble. Sayed even provided flowers for my Wife & fruit platter on arrival. He even gave us a free sim & a free drop at the unfinished Obelisk at Aswan . Thanks to all our drivers & Tour guides who were very informative & patient .

Lloc increible per desconnectar i relaxar-te abans de marxar , bon menjar, bones instal.lacions, bones vistes, net, i en general un resort molt complert. Llastima de poder estarhi només dos dies.

Everything from start to finish was good for me. There was some issue with my booking when I was checking in, but the staff especially Mr Wael and Mr Gamal spend some time and patience and sorted all the issue. They gave me a Nile view room for all the three days without charging anything extra, and when I wanted to extend my stay, I was doubtful of this, as the amount of people who was checking in at the time was huge, still the extension took only a few seconds.
