The Westcliffe's staff are a treasure- they are so welcoming, warm/kind/interested- and nothing is too much trouble. The whole property is immaculate, our room was beautiful with a stunning pose of flowers on arrival- plus various delicious snacks and nibbles. The room itself was large, with a large bathroom, with bath and seperate shower and WC. We had a verandah outside, which was perfect for sitting in the morning. The room was very quiet, AC worked well-- and a range of chargers and connectors for electronics/ streaming etc. Pools beautiful and the Best Gym-- huge range of modern gear, towel fridges, fruit and coffee. Nice floor mats and yoga mats. This was really appreciated by me.

Would have loved it if they had lunch service and a wider variety menu for the evening, When very busy the hotel staff work under pressure and could definitely do with more hands during their busier times or when they are fully booked. The security is very good and make one feel very safe. the hotel is also situated in a good spot central to anywhere you like to go to. Throughout I was in touch with Tadiwa, then Clive so our checkin ended up being smooth even though we arrived way later than expected. The apartment is lovely and well appointed with quite a nice view. We absolutely loved the location, just steps from the mall and a short walk up the street from great restaurants. Come to find out it's also a short wal from the Hop-on-And-Off Bus stop, and the Gautrain.
