Absolutely fantastic stay! If you want to visit High Tatras with kids, this is THE PLACE where to stay. Fully equipped apartment , even with such little things as Lego and toys for kids, phone chargers, wine opener, toast machine, oven (not only microwave) and washing machine. There was literally no thing I did not find in the apartment. Also the owner is superb friendly and kind, and did absolutely fantastic service for us - pick up from early morning train! Also the location is best, just few steps from Sibir train station.

It is a unique place to come at all times of the year! Hidden in high Tatras this hotel offers high-quality acommodation for travelers who search for both adventures and relaxation. Comfortable room, clean bathroom. Wellness area has a jacuzzi for 4 people, 2 saunas and a great view to the mountains. We also had a classical massage which was great after hiking. Very good breakfast options and great dinner for 22 eur / person. However, the most amazing is the surroundings and various hiking trails.

We loved the apartment as a whole - the spacious, beautifully decorated rooms, the balconies on the 2nd floor of the apartment with the best views of the surrounding mountains, the location that is super close to everything worth seeing in the High Tatras, how well was the apartment equipped with all that is necessary for a comfortable stay, and the communication with Elena, the host, who helped us find the property late in the evening. We would definitely wholeheartedly recommend the apartment!

My wife and I spent Christmas and New Year at the Atrium Hotel High Tatras. Throughout our stay the staff did everything to insure we had a wonderful holiday. The facilities more than met our expectations. From the reception, the restaurants, wellness center, to the bowling bar the staff were most curtiest. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were outstanding with a wide variety off dishes to select from. Adjacent to the hotel is a ski slope which is also well maintained.

The villa is located in the quaint Dolny Smokovec, which is a perfect place to relax and explore the High Tatras with the electric tram. The station is just 2 min away. Bonus: you get in before everyone enters in the more busy Stary Smokovec. Beautiful property with a rich history and a nice garden to sit. The host Ivan is super friendly, helpful and a great cook, plus he speaks German. Definitely ask for dinner once. Much better than any of the impersonal hotels or AirBnBs.

Apartment was completely awesome. Even better than the pictures are showing. Beautifully designed, very comfortable, fully equipped, the infrasauna was amazing and the apartment smelled amazing every day. Very warm even with the heaters turned off. Best location in Stary Smokovec, everything was near, shop, station, coffee shops and restaurants. Basically best place to stay for very fair price in the center of High Tatras. I highly recommened this place.

Fantastic location and very good standard. Apartments are new, well furnished and having everything you need for a convenient stay. There's a dedicated parking space for every apartment (mostly inside the building), free wi-fi, 24h reception desk, a coffee machine inside and even a fireplace inside (for a winter chills). Location is just awesome, with couple minutes to the main lake and a great starting point for many High Tatras trails!

Beautiful apartment at the heart of High Tatras mountains, great location next to cable car to Hrebienok, close to many restaurants and supermarkets. Spa, swimming pool and gym is located on the premises as well. Apartment is ideal for family of four, is newly furbished, beds are really comfortable, big balcony has amazing view over the valley and washer/dryer is a big plus.

Classic, tasty continental breakfast and dinners with elements of Slovakian cuisine. A family stay is diversified by a cinema room for children, a kids' club located near to Lobby bar :-) swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, an outdoor heated swimming pool, and a hotel mini zoo. Great location, at the foot of the Slovak High Tatras, a few minutes by car to Starý Smokovec.

The reception staff. The apartment itself - it was huge and well equipped. The view of the mountains from our room was breathtaking! We arrived super early in the morning; although check-in is usually later, they had our room ready as soon as we were done with breakfast - we were stoked! Highly recommend booking a stay with them in your next holiday in the High Tatras.

Breakfast and the spa experience were very good. The bar area is rather lively and the choice of food and drinks is good. The location however is simply unbeatable with its views of either the very close stunning High Tatras and a lake or of the beautiful Low Tatras at a distance. If you can afford it make sure you enjoy this hotel, arguably Slovakia's very best.

We were absolutely satisfied. Everything was perfect, food, staff, room, surroundings. The hotel is situated in beautiful village Ždiar which is part of High Tatras. From hotel you can see beautiful panoramas of mountains and there is amazing silent there. We will surely back and we want so say big thanks to all of the staff for a unforgetable stay.

Fantastic apartment and very friendly host. Both beds were super comfortable, a lot of TV channels including multiple polish channels too. Main bedroom has a fantastic wooden indian-style bed & furnitures - really impressive. Huge walk-in shower with Hansgrohe rain shower. Great location for high tatras sightseeing.

Restaurant in the Hotel is perfect and they make quite nice coffee too, which is pretty much unique in High Tatras. Parking is Luxury, enough parking slots and it's for free.There is an option to park right in front of the Hotel entrance, so you can cary your luggage long way.

The apartment is very spacious with high-quality furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a nice long bathtub and private wellness on site. There's a very nice view of the High Tatras mountains from the apartment. Parking is available right outside the building.

The location was ideal. The tram line was basically down the steps from our hotel. A perfect location for visiting the High Tatras. The Central Apartmany was set up so that you could have some meals in your place or convenient to many restaurants.

Cozy place in the High Tatras with wonderful view from the window. Very quiet, at night you can see the stars. Apartment is comfortable for family with kids. Free parking. The owner of the apartment gave clear instructions on check-in.

The location of the apartment is perfect for anyone who want to hike the High Tatras. Living room and kitchen are good. The apartment is also good enough for sleep, and we did not spend much more time than that inside anyway.

Very nice place in centre od Stary Smokovec, close to railway station, nice parking spot (available through elevator), beatiful mountain view from balcony/windows. Apartment has all that is needed for stay in High Tatras.

Good location in the heart of High Tatras. Tasty food with fair selection (breakfast and dinner). Hotel is located in quiet area, great for relax and hiking with beautiful view to the mountains especially Lomnicky Stit.
