Well situated in the Wellington CBD district of Wellington, Microtel by Wyndham Wellington is set 1.4 km from Freyberg Beach, 2.6 km from Hataitai Beach and 500 metres from National War Memorial. The hotel is one of the cheapest in Wellington. I did not have high expectations.

Mercure Wellington Abel Tasman Hotel is ideally located between The Terrace, Lambton Quay and Courtenay Place, in the centre of Wellington's business and entertainment district. Very good experience, would recommend & stay here again.

West Plaza Hotel is a spacious, 5 level property located in Wellington CBD, just 3 minutes’ walk from Te Papa Museum. The staff that were on reception and the breakfasts were fabulous.
